Enjoy a Streamside Fly Fishing, State Game Land Hunting Experience
Monument Pool Lodge is a two story building with screened in side porch, lower patio and a mid-deck that looks directly over the Lower West Branch. Lodgekeeper Lee lives on the first floor, same floor as the kitchen and open living area with a wood stove. The second floor is where our guests stay. We have 3 bedrooms for guests to use: two rooms with 2 single beds, one room with a queen bed and two singles, 7 beds total. We have a gear storage area and fly tying bench in our semi-finished basement. If Hunting is your passion we have Pennsylvania State Game Land #299, which has 2670 acres of hunting accessible from Penn-York Road
Rate: $75 per night, per guest/rod. This includes your bedroom, all bedding and linens, and a light breakfast at the beginning of your day. It also includes fly rod-only, catch and release access to 1,400 ft. of shoreline. If you want to fish from a drift boat, either you can arrange for your river guide or we will do it for you.
